Side (pronounced See-day) – once the meeting place of Anthony and Cleopatra, offers a wealth of activities for your holiday. The ruins of the ancient city are a sight to behold. With the Amphitheatre dating back to Hellenistic period, the city gates, colonnaded street. You can enjoy excursions including Perge, Aspendos, Antalya and the Aqua park. For the more adventurous you can try diving, horse riding, jeep safari, white water rafting, quad bike safari and skiing, along with the usual beach sports – volleyball, wind-surfing, para-sailing, water skiing, jet- skiing and banana boat rides. Approx. a 30 minute drive is the golf resort of Belek, here we have a golfers paradise. The National Golf club has a championship 18 hole golf course and a 9 hole academy course. All of this on your doorstep!!!!
